We are part of Tros Gynnal, the leading Wales based Children’s Rights Charity, which supports and represents children and young people through a range of projects. Tros Gynnal has projects throughout Wales providing Advocacy, Family Group Meetings, Intensive Intervention, Independent Visitor services, Participation and Conflict Resolution.

LEO at Tros Gynnal is here to help children and young people and to make sure that they have their rights respected and have their voices heard.

We Can...

• Give you support and help you to speak up at meetings
• Help you to sort out differences with other people
• Tell you your rights
• Help sort things out with workers/ family members/ carers/ teachers/ social workers
• Help you to make a complaint
• Help you to speak out, with others, about what’s good or what needs to be changed for children and young people in care
• Help you and your family to write a plan to make things better

We can do this by introducing you to an Advocate, arranging a Family Group Meeting or providing some informal mediation in the family.

Young people can contact us directly to ask for a service or they can ask anyone to make the referral for them. We only ask that the young person knows you are talking to us and agree to meet with the referral being made. .
